Complete Parking Lot Tear-Out & Replacement for Condominium Community

We recently completed a full asphalt parking lot replacement for a condominium association in Michigan. The existing lot had reached the end of its lifespan, with widespread cracking, base deterioration, and drainage concerns that could no longer be resolved with simple resurfacing.

Our team performed a complete tear-out of the old asphalt and removed compromised base material. After regrading and installing a new compacted aggregate base, we paved the lot with fresh hot-mix asphalt designed to withstand long-term residential traffic and Michigan’s freeze-thaw cycles.

Proper drainage adjustments were made to prevent standing water and future deterioration. The project was completed efficiently to minimize disruption to residents while maintaining safe access throughout the process.
